Missing dog trapped in central reservation on A1 at Long Bennington
A missing cokerpoo puppy has been seen on the A1 taking refuge in the central reservation at Long Bennington.
A friend of the family who own the cocker spaniel poodle cross, Maggie, say they have been contacted about the sighting and are asking drivers to be aware. The latest report said that Maggie had managed to cross safely and was heading in the direction of Gonerby Moor.
Police have been contacted this morning but on attending could not locate her.
Maggie belongs to a family from Huddersfield who were staying with friends in Chapel Lane, Foston over the weekend. The Journal reported yesterday how she had gone missing after squeezing through a cat flap.
