New homes built off Barrowby Road are due to go on sale next month.

The Newton’s Place development, built by David Wilson Homes, features two, three and four-bedroom homes and apartments. There are 130 homes on the site near the roundabout at the junction between Barrowby Road and Pennine Way.

Jason Hearn, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said: “Following the success of our previous development, Barrowby Edge, we are delighted to announce we’re coming back to Grantham with our new development Newton’s Place.

“This is a fantastic location that will benefit a range of homebuyers with its great commuter links and brilliant schooling in the area.”

Show homes and a sales centre are due to launch on the site in the spring. Moving schemes such as Help to Buy and Part Exchange will be available on selected plots. The first residents are expected to be able to move into their new homes by spring.

For further information call the sales hotline on 0844 811 5544 or log onto the website to see the site plan and CGIs at www.dwh.co.uk.

People who register their interest online now will receive updates on the development and be invited to an exclusive pre-launch event where they can reserve homes that aren’t even on the price list.
