Great Gonerby, S23/1348: Mr Andrew Johnson – Section 73 application to vary condition 3 (materials) of S22/1562 (Proposed two storey extension to the side and rear, the erection of a single storey extension to front of existing dwelling including external remodelling and erection of detached outbuilding at 41 Belton Lane.

Caythorpe, S23/1448: Mr D Balfe – Change of use of agricultural land to form domestic curtilage, addition of garage/carport, driveway and turning space, timber fencing and stone wall and garden room ancillary to existing barn conversion at Frieston Heath Lodge, Frieston Heath Lane.
