Lincolnshire Police have wound up investigation into burglary in Barrowby.

Police say that no offences have taken place following reports of a burglary in Barrowby.

A burglary was reported to have taken place at Blue Cedar Grange in Barrowby at around 10.25am on Friday, August 18.

But this morning (Monday), Lincolnshire police said they have concluded that no offences took place.

A police spokesperson said: “Thank you to everyone who has helped to share our appeal relating to a suspected burglary in Barrowby.

“Investigating officers have been following up on a number of lines of enquiry and, after further and thorough investigation, have concluded that no offences have taken place. The incident will now be closed.
