Lincolnshire Police issue appeal following reported theft of electrical items at Currys in Grantham
Police would like to speak to two men in connection with a reported theft of thousands of pounds of electrical items in Grantham.
Lincolnshire Police released a photograph yesterday (Friday) of two men after the items were reportedly stolen from Currys on Dysart Road.
It was believed that two men entered the store before 4pm on Thursday August 28.
Shortly after, both men got on a train heading to London via Peterborough.
A police spokesperson said: “After following up on a number of lines of inquiry, we are now able to release an image of the men we would like to speak to.
“One man is described as white with a slim build, has black medium-length hair and a black beard.
“He was wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts, and white trainers. He has a tattoo on his left forearm and was carrying a black backpack.
“The second man is also described as white with a medium build, black medium-length hair tied back and a black beard.
“He was wearing a black t-shirt, black trousers, and trainers.
“He has a tattoo on his right hand and left forearm and was wearing a gold watch and carrying a black backpack.
“If you know who they are, if you witnessed the incident or have any other information that can assist our officers, get in touch.”
