Staff clock up the years at PAS Grantham

Dedicated staff at a Grantham factory were thanked for their loyalty during a long-service awards ceremony – with four having clocked up over 30 years.

Employees of PAS (Grantham), a potato plant based at Easton, were invited to take the day off work and instead attend a celebratory event at the Urban Hotel Grantham.

Awards were handed out by the company’s directors – 20 staff members have completed 10 years’ service, four have seen in 15 years, four have completed 20 years and four have been with the company for 30 years.

Human resources manager Mandi Bennett said the group enjoyed lunch and drinks to celebrate their commitment. She added: “As always, it’s a great way to thank our employees for their service to our company, to make them feel valued.”

Completing 10 years: Aras Amin, Nicholas Baker, Scott Durham, Leanne Ellis, Janice Fidler, Stephen Green, Trevor Haddick, Glynn Hallowes, Adrian Herbison, Elizabeth Islip, Louise Manchester, Himmit Mandair, Dean Mistry-Loizou, Indra Pauziene, Amanda Sandall, Hazel Stevens, Alan Stokes, Jeffrey Swann, Jonathan Tudor and Michael Webster.

Completing 15 years: Alison Baker, David Cooper, Karl Ward and Jason Wright.

Completing 20 years: Amanda Bennett, Roger Caulton, David Church and Nigel Willis.

Completing 30 years: Stephen Copping, David Matthews, Stephen Shields and James Stanton.
