Grantham swing band GRAB concert at ChristChurch was ‘amazing’




Grantham’s swing bad performed an “amazing” concert in aid of a community project.

GRAB, Grantham’s big band, performed at Christchurch in Finkin Street on Saturday night in a concert that supports the church’s community project.

Talented vocalists Becca Faye and Craig Martini were part of the evening’s programme, which saw songs made famous by Michael Bublé, Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga performed.

One member of the audience, Linda Jackson, attended with her dad. She described the concert as “an exceptional evening”, adding that she could not wait to attend again.
