Therapy clinic makes its mark in Grantham

Prime Therapy Clinic on London Road in Grantham has been awarded two quality marks by the Royal College of Chiropractors.

The Clinical management quality mark (CMQM) recognises excellence in clinical management and the Patient partnership quality mark (PPQM) recognises excellence in meeting patient expectations.

It is one of only a handful
of clinics nationally to have been awarded the two quality marks and is the only clinic in Lincolnshire to hold both awards.

Clinic principal Mark Jessop is pictured receiving the award at a ceremony in London from Royal College trustee Stuart Smellie.

Mr Jessop said: “The award of the clinical management quality mark recognises this clinic’s commitment to providing a highly professional and well managed clinical service as well as meeting
the expectations of our patients when they visit
us.

“We aim to continually improve our services to patients and these awards encourage us that we are achieving this.”

The business provides chiropractic services, massage to ease muscular aches
and pain, and rehabilitation to stop back pain
reoccurring.

It also offers ‘better back’ courses which teaches clients about back pain, why they have it and what they can do to improve it.
