Three donations by Probus in Grantham
Probus 88 have donated money raised by their members to Grantham Hospice, Marie Curie and the Samaritans.
President Terry Copestake, vice-president David Evans and almoner Terry Kirk were at St Barnabas Hospice on Tuesday to present £150 cheques to representatives of each of the three causes.
Mr Copestake said: “At the end of each year whatever money Probus has left we donate, and these are three important local charities.”
Tina Dingley, corporate fundraiser at St Barnabas Hospice said: “We are extremely grateful and happy to receive this money. It will make a huge difference.”
Charlotte Jackson from Marie Curie and Samaritan John also expressed their thanks for the kind donations.
