Yellow weather warning for Friday issued for Grantham by the Met Office

A yellow weather warning for thunderstorms has been issued across the county later this week.

The warning was issued by the Met Office yesterday, with slow-moving thundery downpours predicted across South Kesteven on Friday, August 6.

The Met Office say there is a small chance this could lead to homes and businesses being flooded, with damage to some buildings from flood water.
