Tickets for Grantham Business Club’s July meeting are on sale
The importance of quality sleep will be the topic of a talk at the next meeting of Grantham Business Club.
The usual breakfast meeting will be held at Kesteven Rugby Club, in Woodnook, on Friday, July 21, from 7.30am till 9am.
Meetings are usually attended by more than 40 business representatives, giving ample networking opportunity.
Speaking will be Ryan Snell and Nick Johnston-Davis, on the topic of ‘The Power of Sleep for Performance'.
They will talk about the impact sleep can have on reaching your full potential, and its importance in “achieving success in business, life and health”.

Meanwhile, Grantham Business Club – which is chaired by Andrew Martin – will hold an interactive session outlining a range of financial topics in September.
The ‘Business Financial Planning Workshop’ will take place at Grantham College, in Stonebridge Road, on Thursday, September 28, 7.30-9am.
Members will hear from Annie Butler, of Masons Wealth Associates, and Lucy Painter, from Funding Round, about the challenges that they have faced and how they overcame them.
