Update: Road now clear after lorry and car collide on A1 at Foston

Traffic is currently at a standstill on the A1 northbound near Foston after a collision between a car and a lorry at around 3.30pm.

A police spokesman said: "Please avoid for the time being if you can. Injuries not thought serious."

The A1 northbound collision is now clear. There were no serious injuries.
