After winning her award Jessica said she wanted to set up a charity to support children with cancer and the Queen’s Medical Centre where she was a patient. Jessica said: “I didn’t think I would win it. My legs started to go a bit when I won!”

Jessica thanked Professor Grundy and the staff who looked after her in hospital and said they would be very pleased she had won.
