ATHLETICS: Grantham AC put in decent performances at Newark

Members of Grantham Athletic Club put in some decent performances in the latest Newark Parkrun on Saturday.
Adam Madge set a new personal best 18min 39sec for the 5km distance to finish a creditable third.
Trying to chase Adam down, team-mate Dean Houlton came in one place behind in 19:34.
Meanwhile, Naomi Collier was the fastest female in 21:37 to finish eighth overall.
