AFC Colsterworth Sports and Social collect the trophy after winning Division Two of the Nottinghamshire Senior League

Colsterworth were presented with the Nottinghamshire Senior League Division Two title after completing their campaign on Saturday.

They shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw after travelling to Arnold to earn themselves a point against a plucky Notts Olympic side.

Despite a few absentees, it didn't stop Colsterworth coming out the stronger side and they took the lead when good football between Sam Scothern and George Sheen resulted in the latter finishing beautifully.

Sheen struck again five minutes later when he put a half volley into the top corner of the home net.

Olympic hit back with a strike from long range which beat Apples keeper Ryan Lord to cut the deficit before the interval.

Notts Olympic went into the second half on top and eventually drew level when a scramble in the box led to the equaliser.

The Apples played the last 20 minutes with 10 men but managed to hold out for a draw.

Colsterworth: R. Lord, M. Taylor, S. Pilgrim, C. MacGregor, T. Figura, T. Haynes, C. Hudson, E. Milne, G. Sheen, K. Evans, S. Scothern, A. Hotchin.
