Nick Johnston is named as the new chairman of Grantham Town Football Club

Grantham Town have appointed a new chairman.

Nick Johnston has taken the helm of the Gingerbreads following their relegation this season from the Northern Premier League Midland Division.

Johnston has been a close follower of the club for a number of years and replaces Paul Rawden.

Further announcements will be made in due course regarding a further three new directors.

The club would like to place on record its thanks to outgoing directors Peter Railton and Sophie Cope who have stepped aside as part of the changes.
