Sudbrook Moor Golf Club round-up

Richard Cocks is setting the early pace in the race for Claret Jug glory at Sudbrook Moor Golf Club.

The Ken Jameson Trophy is awarded for the colloquially named SSSS, the Sudbrook Seniors' Super Stableford.

Each player's best six Super Stableford rounds of the 10 month series count towards the final Order of Merit, which is ably administered by steadfast committee man, David Guy.

In the opening competition of the new senior monthly Super Stableford Series at Sudbrook Moor, Cocks returned an exceptional scorecard of 38 points.

Enthusiastic Richard could not have been more delighted to find himself leading the large field, from last year's title holder, Andy Dunderdale.
