Circus Mondao heading to Long Sutton for the very first time
The circus is coming to town... for the very first time.
Clowns, showgirls and animals will wow audiences in the big top as Circus Mondao will pitch up at Long Sutton, with the fun beginning tomorrow (Friday, March 8).
This will be the first time the popular touring circus has visited the town.
“This year we have decided to add a new venue and Long Sutton is the lucky place to have our spectacular show,” a Circus Mondao spokesperson said.
“This is a show that will blow your mind with spectacular dangerous feats, funny clowns, showgirls, ponies – too much to mention.
This traditional circus also likes to move with the times and the audience can enjoy amazing technical lighting affects, music and production.
Among the stars of the show are award-winning clown Kikin, Miss Madalane’s Polka Dot Ponies on Parade and Trio Tanger, and extraordinary hand balancing trio from Morocco.
There will also be aerial artistry presented by our youngest member of the Circus Mondao family, including 12-year-old Miss Maria.
Circus Mondao will be appearing at Wisbech Road, opposite McDonald’s.
Shows will be held on Friday, March 8 (6pm), Saturday, March 9 (2pm and 5pm), Sunday, March 10 (2pm), Wednesday, March 13 (5pm and 7.30pm), Thursday, March 14 (6pm), Friday, March 15 (6pm), Saturday, March 16 *2pm and 5pm) and Sunday, March 17 (2pm).
