Hundreds visited Holbeach Indoor Farmers’ Market which featured 40 stalls including Cottage Bakes and Grasmere Farm
A popular indoor market that has gone from ‘strength to strength’ attracted hundreds of shoppers at the weekend.
The Holbeach Indoor Farmers’ Market, which happens on the first Sunday of every month, featured 40 stallholders for its March date.
Neil English, who organises the event at Holbeach Hub Sports Hall, said: “We started this one in November 2022 and it’s just gone from strength to strength.
“We get fantastic support from the community and it is a real success story – it was one of our busiest yet.
“We have varied stalls that you would expect at a farmers’ market – cheesemakers, butchers, bakers – and we had hundreds through the doors.”

Mr English takes pride in knowing that no two markets will be the same by handpicking stallholders offering different products.
He said: “I get a nice buzz when it goes ever so well and the stallholders sell out.
“Cottage Bakes totally sold out and I was really pleased to see that.
“Holbeach is my home town so I am really proud.”
For those who may have missed this event there will be another chance to visit the farmers’ market in Bourne.
It takes place on the third Sunday of the month and will feature some 50 stalls.
The next farmer’s market in Holbeach takes place on Sunday, April 7.
