Holbeach and Long Sutton fire crews called to incident in Battlefields Lane South

Two fire crews attended an incident in Holbeach this afternoon (Monday December 16) in which a vehicle went up in flames.

Firefighters from Holbeach and Long Sutton were dispatched at 1.57pm to an incident in Battlefields Lane South.

A spokesman said the incident caused ‘severe fire damage’ to one vehicle.

Crews used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel to tackle the flames.
