Try archery, tug of war and climbing wall at ‘Give it a go’ at Carters Park in Holbeach





Get the chance to find a new hobby and try out a variety of sports and activities, at this popular free taster day.

The Give it a Go day, organised by South Holland District Council’s communities team, will take place at Carters Park in Holbeach, on Saturday (August 10) from 11am until 3pm.

Visitors can enjoy getting stuck in with a range of different activities such as archery, mini golf, aeroball, a mobile climbing wall, arts and crafts, tug of war and much more.

There will also be a selection of different workshops led by clubs in the area, such as hockey, freestanding pole demos, theatrical performances, bowls and more.

Previous events have been very successful, with thousands of people visiting to enjoy the variety of different taster sessions on offer.
