Hambleton Hall, near Rutland Water, named in Top 50 Boutique Hotels in the UK list

A country house hotel has been named among the top 15 boutique hotels in the UK.
The Top 50 Boutique Hotels in the UK unveiled this week places Hambleton Hall at number 12 in the exclusive list which is put together and voted on by leading industry experts, hoteliers, travel writers and influencers.
The 17-room Hambleton Hall, which dates from 1881 and has a Michelin-starred restaurant, is the only East Midlands entry in the list.
Top of the pile is Hampshire's Lime Wood Hotel, set in the New Forest national park, in a top five which also features The Newt (Somerset), Heckfield Place (Hampshire), The Pig at Bridge Place (Kent) and Lympstone Manor (Devon).
