NOSTALGIA: Spalding girls hosted Peter Andre in 1996

Spalding pupils swooned this week 25 years ago when teenage heart throb Peter Andre visited Gleed Girls’ School.

As part of a tour of schools, the Australian hunk charmed both pupils and teachers during morning assembly.

Peter (22) performed his latest – and first top 20 hit – single ‘Only One’ to a very enthusiastic audience of Year 9, 10, 11 and 12 students.
