Road closure on A15 following three-vehicle collision

A three-vehicle collision has led to the closure of a section of the A15 this morning (Thursday).

Lincolnshire Police are urging motorists to avoid the B1202 junction with Metheringham Heath Lane between Sleaford and Lincoln.

The incident has caused significant traffic disruption as emergency services attend the scene.

"Please avoid the area where possible," Lincolnshire Police advised in a tweet earlier today.

A nearby source said recovery of vehicles was underway earlier.
