Alistair Campbell and Reform UK leader Nigel farage among panel to appear on BBC Question Time in Lincoln




Political heavyweights Alistair Campbell and Nigel Farage will lock horns on a televised debate in Lincolnshire this week.

Feisty exchanges will be expected when the two go head-to-head on BBC’s Question Time, which will be filmed in the county on Thursday.

Labour skills minister Jacqui Smith and Conservative Kevin Hollinrake, the shadow secretary of state for levelling up, housing and communities, will also be on the panel, alongside host Fiona Bruce.

Mr Campbell made his name in politics as Tony Blair’s spokesman and campaign director before becoming Downing Street press secretary while Reform UK party leader Nigel Farage is making his 38th appearance on the panel show.

This week’s edition will be filmed in Lincoln.

It will be broadcast at 10.40pm on BBC One on Thursday.
