Lincolnshire County Council election results for Lincoln as Conservatives lose all seats
The Conservatives have been officially wiped out in Lincoln following this year's Lincolnshire County Council elections.
The party, led nationally by Kemi Badenoch, held three seats on the county council before the elections on May 1, but lost all of them—losing some prominent figures in the process.
The political landscape in Lincoln is now nearly evenly split, with both Reform UK and Labour holding three seats each, and the Liberal Democrats securing two.
Councillor Eddie Strengiel was among the Conservatives to lose his seat. He had been elected chairman of Lincolnshire County Council last May, shortly after losing his seat on the City of Lincoln Council.

Former Lincoln MP Karen Lee is one of the three Labour councillors to remain on the county council. However, the party lost its Park division seat, previously held by Councillor Debbie Armiger, who was elected during a by-election on the same day as last year’s General Election.
In what is typically a Labour-leaning city—it has a Labour-controlled city council—supporters of Andrea Jenkyns came out in force during her campaign to become the first Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire. She placed first in Lincoln, ahead of Labour’s candidate Jason Stockwood.
