LincsOnline asks artificial intelligence to create images of Boston, Bourne, Gainsborough, Grantham, Horncastle, Lincoln, Louth, Skegness, Sleaford, Spalding and Stamford
Artificial intelligence is the most talked about technology of the moment, but how well does it know our county?
LincsOnline challenged an AI platform to create images that were ‘realistic looking and photographic’ in nature of towns across Lincolnshire.
The images for this story were created on the Bing platform – which is similar to the likes of Chat GPT.
The programme delivered, on average, two to four images and we picked the most realistic out of the images received for you to run the rule over.
If we ran the algorithm several times we would have undoubtedly received different results, however this shows the technology’s first attempt.

Artificial Intelligence is capable of rendering images in black and white, colour, and in different artistic mediums.
What do you think of the results? Are any of them remotely close to real life? Let us know your verdict in the comments below
