Lincolnshire Police searching for missing woman last seen in South Elkington have found a body

Police searching for a missing woman have found a body.

Lincolnshire Police have been looking for 37-year-old Lucy, who was last seen in High Street area of South Elkington on January 19.

Officers believe they have found her body but have stressed that no formal identification has taken place.

A force spokesman said: “Her next of kin have been made aware and are being supported by officers. There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.

“We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal and those who contacted us to share information.”
