Sutton on Sea man denies having sex with child

A man has denied charges of having sex with a child.

Adam Beckenham pleaded not guilty to four offences when he appeared in court on Wednesday (January 24).

The 37-year-old has been charged with two counts of having sex with a child under the age of 13, one count of engaging sexual activity in the presence of a child under the age of 13 and one count of touching his penis in the presence of a child under the age of 13.

All four charges relate to June last year.

Beckenham, of Station Road, Sutton on Sea, pleaded not guilty to all four charges at a hearing at Boston Magistrates’ Court.

He was released on bail to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on February 21.
