Police appealing for dashcam footage after a vehicle collided with a tree on A16 near Burwell

Police are appealing for dashcam footage to aid their investigation after a vehicle collided with a tree.

The incident took place on the A16 near Burwell, between Spilsby and Louthon Friday (January 26).

“We are appealing for witnesses or anyone who has dashcam footage of a single-vehicle collision on the A16, near Burwell, to contact us,” a Lincolnshire Police statement read.

“It is believed that between 8am and 8.08am on Friday, 26 January, a white Peugeot Partner van marked with the purple text branding showing PARKERS The Parts People was travelling south on the road from Kenwick Top roundabout when it left the road and collided with a tree.

“The driver, a man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.”
