Free transport for Rutland residents to flu and covid vaccination clinics




Free transport is being provided for people otherwise unable to travel to a clinic for covid-19 and flu vaccinations.

The service is for residents of Rutland who are eligible for the vaccinations.

People can check eligibility by phoning 01530 512456 on a weekday morning. The phone line is closed from midday, and at weekends.

The service provider will book anyone eligible into a suitable covid and flu clinic, and will arrange transport to and from the appointment, at no cost.

Aside from living in Rutland, eligibility criteria include being aged 65 or over including those who will be 65 by March 31, 2025, having certain health conditions, and being pregnant.
