Power cuts affecting homes and businesses in Rutland, according to National Grid




Power cuts have affected hundreds of homes and businesses across the area.

According to the National Grid, 325 properties in Rutland were left without power due to a fault in the overhead network this afternoon (Sunday, April 7).

Since the incident was reported at 1.15pm most of the properties have had electricity restored.

Power is estimated to be restored to the remaining properties in LE15 8RY and LE15 8SB by 6pm.
