Cleaner ordered to pay £225 after shouting and swearing outside girlfriend’s Skegness home in early hours

A man who shouted a stream of abusive words outside his girlfriend’s house in the early hours has been ordered to pay £225.

Thirty-one-year-old Callum Horton exclaimed ‘d***heads’, ‘little p***sy’, who the f*** are you?’ and ‘are you gay?’ after police arrived at Clifton Grove in Skegness.

Last week he appeared in court where he pleaded guilty to a drunk and disorderly charge.

“It was Tuesday, February 25 at 5am when police were called to an address in Skegness,” prosecutor Lottie Tyler told Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (March 12).

“The defendant was outside his girlfriend’s house, shouting and swearing.

“Police arrived an found he was acting in a disorderly manner.

“They could smell alcohol on his breath. He remained aggressive and continued shouting and swearing in public.”

Horton, of no fixed abode, told the court he was working two days a week as a cleaner.

Representing himself he was asked if he had anything to say, responding ‘not really’.

Horton was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.
