Court date for men accused of violent disorder in Skegness
Three men accused of violent disorder have had a crown court date set.
Paul Johns, Carl Lazenby and Shane Tune have been charged with being part of a group which have been charged with using or threatening unlawful violence at a property in Skegness on February 27, 2023.
Johns, 34, of Viking Drive, Skegness appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (January 24), where he pleaded not guilty to the offence.
Forty-seven-year-old Lazenby and Tune, 39, appeared via video link from prison.
Lazenby pleaded not guilty and Tune offered no plea.
The three defendants will have their cases heard at Lincoln Crown Court on February 21.

Johns and Lazenby – who is due to be released next week – were both granted unconditional bail.
Tune, who is currently serving a sentence for a separate case was remanded in custody.
