Lincolnshire couple who transformed their home into ‘modern country dream home’ featured on Tinie Tempah’s Channel 4 show Extraordinary Extensions
A Lincolnshire couple’s bid to transform their home was documented on Tinie Tempah’s new Channel 4 property show.
Bianca and Lee Orrey have spent 18 years doing up properties to sell on – and wanted to turn their ‘60s red brick box into a modern country dream home’ by adding three extensions.
The ‘serial flippers’ had previously renovated 18 homes but wanted to create a family home to lay down some roots.
“We bought this house because we knew we could make it perfect for our family and we wouldn’t get an opportunity like this again,” Bianca told Extraordinary Extensions, which is fronted by the rapper-turned-presenter.

The couple ripped the East Lindsey property apart, taking out all the windows and the roof until they were left with a skeletal shape.
But they completed a stunning transformation, which included a giant kitchen, eyecatching vaulted ceilings and additional living space – even if Bianca conceded it ‘probably doubled;’ their £500,000 budget.
“This is pure luxury, hotel spa come country house,” the host said upon viewing the completed work.
“They’ll be living the high life.”
Helping the couple on their journey were Newark-based Vinco Windows Group.
The design was complete with grand gable windows, sliding doors and skylights, all supplied by Vinco.
Managing director Matt Simpson was interviewed on the show, and said: “We’ve got 50 glass units across the scheme, some of them are really large.
“Not one of the windows is the same.”
The company explained it had been approached by the couple for windows for their home, and once Vinco was chosen as the contractor for the job were made aware they would be featuring on Tinie Tempah’s show.
Vinco provide windows, doors, rooflights and glazed balustrades to both commercial and residential properties.
The show aired on Friday, January 26 and can be watched on Channel 4’s streaming service.
