Ulceby man charged with two counts of dealing cannabis will have case heard at crown court

A man charged with two counts of dealing drugs will have his case heard at crown court.

Thirty-one-year-old Jason Fisher entered no pleas when he appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (June 12).

He has been charged with supplying cannabis between October 23, 2021 and June 16, 2022, as well as a further count of supplying the class B drug between January 28, 2022 and June 16, 2022.

Magistrates committed Fisher, of Bluestone Heath Road, Ulceby, near Alford, to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing on July 10.

He was released on unconditional bail.
