Lincolnshire Police reissues appeal following suspected burglaries in Burgh le Marsh area
Police are reissuing their appeal following a spate of suspected burglaries.
Lincolnshire Police are investigating three suspected burglaries within the last two weeks in properties targeted on Walls Avenue and Storeys Lane, Burgh le Marsh, and Spilsby Road in Wainfleet.
The suspected burglaries have involved an offender or offenders entering homes and targeted and taken selective jewellery, watches and loose change.
Lincolnshire Police are issuing crime prevention advice for people to keep their homes protected.
A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: “You can do several things to protect your home from opportunistic burglars - letting trusted neighbours know you’re away, leaving lights on timers, and ensuring Ring doorbell and CCTV are activated if you have them.
