CCTV image released by Lincolnshire Police in Winthorpe van break-in investigation




Police have released an image of a man they’d like to speak to in connection with a van break-in.

Lincolnshire Police has launched an investigation into a van break-in on Southwell Drive, Winthorpe, that occurred on July 29.

The break-in took place during the night, and the thief made an untidy search of the vehicle, resulting in stolen items.

Authorities have released a photo of a man who was seen in the area around the time of the incident.

He is described as white, with short mousey brown hair, wearing jeans and a grey hoodie.

Police are asking for assistance from anyone who may have CCTV or doorbell footage from 11.15pm to 11.30pm on July 29.

Residents are also advised to be vigilant, ensure their vehicles are securely locked, and report any suspicious activity by calling 101 or 999 in an emergency.
