Woman to go on trial accused of possessing more than 1,600 counterfeit designer goods - including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Ugg, Boss and Apple - at Ingoldmells store
A woman will go on trial accused of possessing more than 1,600 items of counterfeit designer goods.
Matilda Price is also charged with using unauthorised trademarks from luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Ugg, Boss and Apple.
The 34-year-old is charged with possessing criminal property after 1,651 counterfeit goods were allegedly recovered from the Fie and Best store in Sea Lane, Ingoldmells, on September 27, 2023.
Mrs Price, of Anchor Meadows, Ingoldmells, also faces eight charges of using unauthorised trademarks on products found on the same date at Fie and Best.
The charges relate to a pink handbag and vanity case showing the Chanel logo, a handbag baring the Fendi logo, a set of earphones with the Apple logo, a jumper with the Nike log, a pair of slippers with the Ugg logo, a handbag baring the Louis Vuitton logo and baby dummies with the Boss logo.
Mrs Price pleaded not guilty to all nine charges and Recorder Robert Ward adjourned her case for a trial beginning at Lincoln Crown Court on 20 April 2026.
The trial is expected to last up to four days.
Recorder Ward granted Mrs Price unconditional bail until her next court appearance.
