Spalding Rugby Club hosts annual fun day for 2022

Youngsters were treated to a thrilling afternoon at Spalding Rugby Club’s annual fun day.

An inflatable assault course was amongst the highlight attractions, with a bouncy castle also proving popular.

Races ensured there was a competitive edge to the day, while craft stalls gave visitors the chance to relax and browse through some interesting items.

Barbecue food went quickly - and around £500 was raised on the day to go towards building work at the club’s new changing rooms.

The club’s minis coordinator Peppa Saunders said: “It went really well. With the weather holding off, we had quite a few people down there.”

The event was at the rugby club's base off Drain Bank at the edge of the town.
