New 900-home Holbeach Meadows with feature primary school and community hub

An exclusive collection of 900 new homes in Holbeach is Ashwood Homes’ latest exciting project.

The prestigious Holbeach Meadows development will be completed in phases to construct an established community featuring a blend of properties ranging from two to five-bedroomed homes on land south of Hall Gate.

Work on the first 119 homes, five show homes and sales centre began last summer, and the site is also set to feature a new primary school, community hub and public open spaces.

Ashwood Homes chief executive Ashley King says the six-zoned development will provide an urban extension to Holbeach and assist housing need in the area, while helping first-time buyers and young families by providing stylish, affordable, energy-efficient homes at an affordable price.

Alongside the scheme Ashwood Homes has also contributed towards the construction of the much-needed roundabout at Peppermint Junction on the A17.
