Spalding Road in Pinchbeck closed due to Anglian Water repairs

Motorists are advised to avoid an important road which has been shut.

Spalding Road in Pinchbeck is shut while Anglian Water undertake repairs to a burst water main.

Homes in the Surfleet and the Crossgate area of Pinchbeck have been affected by the issue, which is reported to be causing low water pressure.

The firm has contacted residents to state that the repair is taking longer to fix than expected but it is hoped to be sorted by 5pm.

Spalding Road has been closed from the Wardentree Lane junction.

Road closure signs have also been placed on the entrance to Gosberton Road in Surfleet.
