Crowland apartmets plan gets green light




Plans to create three apartments over a town centre shop have been approved.

Sterling Bluebrick Ltd has applied to change the use of first and second floors over the Crowland Mini Mart at 6 West Street.

The shop will be retained on the ground floor.

South Holland District Council has given the green light to the application earlier this week.

The notification on the council’s website states that the development sits within the town’s conservation boundary but will not cause any impact.
