“Today our business is driven by innovation and data, and it’s heavily underpinned by our engineering function.

“Daily, our engineering teams add value supporting the delivery of our food, health and environmental safety compliance responsibilities as well as the efficiency of our manufacturing operation in maintaining our assets and driving continuous improvement.

“They help us to feed the nation safely and innovatively and, as we continue to grow, we are investing in the top engineering talent of tomorrow.”
