Recovery fund cash for the South Holland Centre
The South Holland Centre in Spalding is set to be awarded more than £80,000 in funding in a bid to help revive the area's arts scene post-Covid.
The centre - which hosts theatre groups, music concerts and cinema showings - will receive up to £84,543 of extra support from the Arts Council. The cash comes as part of the second round of the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport's 'Culture Recovery Fund'.
The district council says the money will 'allow for residents to take part in and enjoy arts and culture'.
The South Holland Centre has been shut for more than a year as a result of the pandemic.
