After moving to Spalding in 2020, owner Rebecca has always had a passion for hospitality and having her own business.

When Rebecca was younger she had aspirations of owning a cafe and decided one day to act on her childhood ambition.

She said: “We knew there wasn’t really an ice cream parlour in Spalding but lots of cafes and that’s why decided on the ice cream shop.”

To start with the business will be buying their ice cream from a a supplier but the sisters have plans to expand with more shops in the future and making ice cream themselves.

There is space for around 20 different flavours in store, with their supplier offering over 80 different flavours to choose from.

As well as selling ice cream Becca’s Ice Cream Parlour will sell a variety of cakes, waffles, pancakes, sundaes, smoothies, milkshakes and much more.

When asked about the future Rebecca said: “ We will hopefully expand to places like Bourne or Holbeach - still keeping quite local.”
