Anglian Water work to repair burst water main in Crowland

Work is being carried out to repair a burst water main that left some residents with no water pressure.

A main reportedly burst last night (Tuesday) at South Street in Crowland - with one resident reporting that Abbey Walk had no water.

An Anglian Water spokesperson said: "We’re really sorry that some customers in Crowland have had low water pressure or no water pressure at all this morning.

"Our team is working hard to repair a burst water main and we expect the burst to be fixed this afternoon. We have tankers in place in the meantime to support supplies.

"We’d like to thank our customers for their patience while we carry out this emergency repair."
