Owners of Pinchbeck company PSP celebrate milestone anniversary with staff
Celebrations were in full swing as a company rewarded its staff with a complimentary raffle and barbecue for their 15-year anniversary.
Pinchbeck-based software development company PSP rewarded their workers with some big prizes including various cash bonuses and vouchers.
PSP was co-founded by Joe Verde and Brett Caruso in 2008, after they were inspired to design a company where their main priority was listening to what the customers wanted and building systems around this.
The business name stands for People Systems and Process.
“We set the business up 15 years ago when the recession hit and it was just the two of us running it,” said Joe.
“Now we have around 34 people working with us.
“We are extremely proud of our workers, we have some amazing people here.”
When asked about their plans for the future, Joe and Brett both agreed they will be ‘riding the economic wave and keeping their customers happy’.
Marketing manager Mark Boxall has been working with the company for three-and-a-half years.
He said: “The 15 year anniversary is a massive event for the business and it shows how well the business has grown.
“It’s brilliant working here,
“I feel privileged to represent PSP as we give back to the community quite a lot.
“I can see my future at PSP as my role is all about promoting our people, communication and culture.”
Some of the customers in our area who use PSP services include Flamingo Flowers, Country Interiors, Maples Solicitors, Riverside Training Spalding and Sunflower Lodge Childcare.
