Jackknifed vehicle forces closure of A151 between Spalding and Bourne

A busy road is closed this morning (Monday) after a crash.

A vehicle is said to have ‘jackknifed’ in a crash on the A151 Spalding Road between West Pinchbeck and Bourne — leading to the closure of the road between Six House Bank and North Drove.

Police say they received reports of a jackknifed lorry partially blocking the road at 6.50am this morning.

A spokesman said: “The road has been closed while the lorry is recovered, which is an ongoing effort.”
