Pinchbeck Road in Spalding is set to close for repairs

A busy road is set to close in order to fix numerous potholes.

The closure of Pinchbeck Road in Spalding will take place overnight on Wednesday (October 11) until Thursday (October 12) – after many drivers have complained against the state of road.

Work will take place outside number 12 and the Masonic Hall – between New Road and King’s Road – but it will not start before 7pm.

With the potholes being located in the middle of the road, Lincolnshire County Council has decided to close the road, saying this is needed to ensure safety of the workers and members of the public.

The footpath will not be closed.
